Free where it can be
On-device playback (Web Speech API) previews cost nothing; mic recordings upload through the same validated media pipeline as photos. Studio renders (ElevenLabs) are a per-line paid layer the owner switches on with one key.

The voice url travels inside the invite itself — WhatsApp link, email, QR pass, all open the same card with the waveform player built in. No app install, no account for the guest.
